Start your year off right by meeting your physical fitness goals with Momentum Lifestyle Fitness in Petaluma, CA. As your personal trainer, I offer in-home and outdoor workout sessions, including all the necessary equipment for your workout and strength training. You'll be working for about 50 minutes, and you can choose from one-on-one training, boot camps, partner training, and small group sessions.
