"I had the pleasure of taking Adrianna’s fast-paced, results-oriented boot camp and I loved it! First off, she made it really fun while we were literally working our asses off. I feel like all the creative exercises she had us do zoomed in on all of the muscle groups that I wanted to work on. Eight weeks later I totally noticed the difference in my body, especially my butt and abs! I recommend taking a before and after pic because the results are dramatic. Also, I have really stayed with some of the exercises she gave us and my abs have stayed toned. "I trained with Adrianna for six months to get me wedding ready. She is AMAZING and I am picky when it comes to trainers. First off, I was in pretty good shape to start with - worked out five days a week doing spinning, hot yoga, running and some lifting but I am 40 and was having a hard time getting tone - specifically the wedding arms I wanted. "I've been training with Adrianna for about seven months now and she is truly amazing. I had binge eating issues in the past and really wanted to shred the extra pounds from the damage I have done. I've tried everything from fad diets to endless amounts of cardio but wasn't seeing results. Although I was eating a lot less and exercising more, I was still gaining the weight back easily after I ate normal again. I was frustrated. 
However, within the first four months into training with Adrianna and incorporating a nutritious diet I went down from 22.8% body fat to 18% and had lost inches on just about every part of my body. In addition, I finally got my metabolism to kick up again! Besides gaining muscle tone the only other thing I gained since is a booty. Those squats and lunges she makes you do really does pay off!!! 
As a trainer, Adrianna incorporates a variety of exercises from plyometric/strength training to wait training and cardio. What I like is that she always keeps me guessing each workout since each time, she'll change up the routine, which is good to prevent from plateauing in my opinion. She also keeps track of your progress and keeps you in check every now and then through text messages. She really cares that you reach your goals! Just a fair warning though, her workouts are intense! But I always finish the workout session is feeling uplifted. Her bubbly spirit and sweet personality will rub off on you.  If you really want to see results, Adrianna is the trainer you to call she's a true bad ass. I highly recommend her."

"If you are an athlete, you should take this class. I took Adrianna's boot camp with the intention to just tighten up a few areas here and there and I got much more out of it than that. I play soccer 3-5 days a week and occasionally go running on the days that I don't have games. I felt like I was in pretty good shape. I realized after taking this boot camp that there was much more that I could be doing to strengthen my body. The circuit training that Adrianna created was awesome and really pushed me (which is what I needed). I could definitely see the results, especially in soccer. I felt so much faster and stronger!
