In-Home Training/Outdoor Training
To have a personal trainer come to your home or location of your choice is convenient and productive. It's also the safest, most efficient way to achieve your health and fitness goals.
I will bring all the necessary equipment to your house at a time that best fits your schedule for a custom workout tailored towards your specific goals. With each session you can expect education, support, and guidance. I will hold you accountable, while also ensuring effectiveness, variety, safety, and fun!
Partner Training
Partner training provides the same great benefits as private training, but you get to share the session and the cost with another person.
Small group training (3-6 people)
This option is a great solution for people looking for the benefits of one-on-one training but with significantly reduce rates and a motivating group of people you choose. This allows you to have positive encouragement and fun while you train with friends or family.
Boot Camp
Get fit quickly in outdoor sessions between spring and fall. These high-intensity circuit training exercises cover your full body with twice-weekly sessions. There are different exercises to improve your weight, cardiovascular strength, power, and flexibility. Up to 10 people can be involved in a boot camp, as these are high-energy sessions where groups can motivate each other for a better life.
Bootcamp sessions take place at McNear Park on G St. in Petaluma.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am
Saturdays at 9:15am
