My name is Adrianna Simondi. As a child I was very active. I participated in basketball, volleyball, softball, and running, and I coached. I have over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry.

It was my own love for physical training and sports that ignited my passion for fitness and eventually brought me to this incredible opportunity to work with others on a one-on-one basis. I love health and fitness because they not only made me stronger physically, but also gave me an incredible amount of mental strength and confidence to excel in all aspects of my life. In a world where so many things are out of control, health and fitness can change your life in a way that you can control.

Fitness is a form of expression that enables you to “let it all out” while improving your well-being. I am passionate about helping people transform their lives through health and fitness, so they, too, can look and feel confident. The most amazing thing about my job, aside from interacting with my amazing clients on a daily basis, is how gratifying it is to have clients thank me for helping them achieve their goals.

I place a lot of emphasis on form and correcting muscle imbalances to avoid injury and ensure that your body moves efficiently. My main ambition is to help you achieve your health, fitness and physique goals with sane and simple approaches so you can maintain those results long-term.

As a NASM CPT I make each client’s path to getting in shape as beneficial as possible. My clients’ goals become my goals, and my passion for human development fuels my desire to see my clients reach their full potential in the gym and in their private lives.  "Health and fitness" is a way of life that can be safe and enjoyable.

              Adrianna's Fitness Story

Unfortunately the fitness industry today is swamped with generic workout programs designed by people who are naturally athletic and don't necessarily understand the struggle the average man or woman experiences when trying to change their bodies. This makes people frustrated and confused, because despite their best efforts they don't see the results they've been promised.

Usually what happens next is that motivation gets lost, the diet stops, and months pass in frustration and unhappiness. After a while a new wave of motivation hits us and we take on an even more extreme workout plan and crash diet to ensure that we get the results we want, but all this does is make us feel exhausted and drained, and we usually wind up feeling worse than we did before we even started.

How do I know this? Because before I became a trainer I was on this cycle. I didn't gain the "freshman 15" till after I obtained my Associates Degree and stopped playing sports. I have always had a naturally athletic build and muscle tone, but I was never overweight or had excess body fat. I gained about 20 pounds over my normal body weight. I was living in a reality of being trapped in a body I didn’t want to be in, that plunged me into a multitude of anxieties and insecurities. It killed my self-esteem, I felt extremely uncomfortable in my own skin and didn't like what I saw in the mirror. I didn't know what had happened. I was still in the gym doing basketball workouts and conditioning, so how could I have gained all this weight? Because I was no longer spending hours a week training and playing sports. I was not challenged, just running through the motions with the same workout principles I had used for years.

So I began eating healthy—or at least I thought I was by following a very restrictive diet. I found workouts online and would be in the gym doing cardio for hours with little to no weightlifting. After a while I lost weight and I liked the results I was seeing, so I kept going with the same plan.

But eventually my body crashed. I was run down and felt defeated. I had gained back all the weight I had lost. I was in a never-ending cycle that failed to give me the results I wanted. I was left wondering whether I would ever achieve the body I desired.

Looking for a solution, I started talking and working out with a few of the trainers at the gym I worked at, I read every fitness book I could get my hands on, and I started studying to be a NASM personal trainer.

I now maintain a healthy body weight and body fat percentage year round. My workouts are consistent, challenging, and never the same. I do not diet, I eat healthy, and I make fitness a lifestyle. I believe that I can share these results with you.
