I am so thankful for the opportunity to help you set and achieve your health, fitness, and physique goals with a sane and simple approach, so you can maintain those results long-term and improve your quality of life. I am driven to create training sessions that are enjoyable, personalized, and challenging. In return, I ask for your cooperation, patience, and most important your commitment to your schedule. Although emergencies, illnesses, and work issues arise, I need advanced notice of any cancellations. Please read my policies below. 

  

Payment

 

Please pay before the start of the scheduled training session, by cash or check. Your training fee also includes the preparation time spent before and after the session. 

 

 

Refunds

 

When you purchase a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. Consequently, I don't offer refunds. If you want to make sure my style is right for you, I suggest booking one session to start. Then, if you decide to purchase a package, I'll include the fee for the first session towards the total price of the package.

  

 

Cancellations/late arrivals

My time is valuable and so is yours. If you're late for a session you lose that time. If you booked a session and need to cancel, there is no fee as long as you notify me at least 24 hours in advance and reschedule that session. For cancellations made within 24 hours, or for phone-call no shows, I deduct the session from your package. The same applies if you bought a single session. In turn, I promise to honor our sessions, and be on time as well.
